What is your policy on returns?
For all digital orders, we have instituted a 60 day money back guarantee. For physical products, we accept returns within 60 days from the date of placing your order. Returns for all physical products need to be sent to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
All digital orders are delivered immediately once payment is received as well as being emailed to you. You might want to check your spam or junk mail folder to ensure your login details have not been incorrectly sent there.
Physical product orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Your package will be sent via USPS and can take up to 21 days to arrive. You will be sent a shipping notification which will contain your order tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
How much does it cost for shipping & handling?
All digital orders are free. Physical product orders have the following rates.
